Dear Fellow Christian,
We are standing on the moment in time called Compassion-fest 2009 a day of celebrating the name of Jesus, a new covenant of love – In addition it is a day trumpeting the rally-call marking a spiritual awakening movement within our community:
• The Body of Christ will love the Lord our God with all our heart
• The Body of Christ is empowered to be Christ’s love to the community
• The Body of Christ will ever be united as one, with Jesus as the head
The American Heritage Dictionary defines movement as a series of actions and events taking place over a period of time and working to foster a principle or policy. An organized effort by supporters of a common goal.
We, as Christians living in this Northeast corner of Denton County, have all been hearing the heart of our Lord crying; now is the time for my people called by my name to stand in the gap, be the watchman on the wall, and know that I will transform and heal your land.
Therefore, a spiritual awakening movement by the Lord Jesus has begun, it is now your decision to join in Compassion-fest 2009 and become part of the Body of Christ ready to take the next steps the Lord has prepared
